We are planning a trip to Mozambique in the coming year, to visit the school and look at ways to help the poor and look at possibilities to help street kids. While in Mozambique we will endeavour to do a Pastors Conference and outreach meeting.
While in Africa we plan to travel to Ghana to do a Conference and Outreach Meeting in Kumasi.
The school is progressing well this year. There are 430 children enrolled in Grades 1 – 6. We employ an Administrator, six teachers, 2 guards and a cleaner. There is a Feeding Program operating at the school where children are given a piece of fruit and a bun during the week. In June the school celebrated International Children’s Day and the children were given a lunch. The parents are very grateful for the opportunity given by Love International to educate their children.
SCHOOL NEEDS
The school building roof needs repairing and replacing. The current roof is very rusted and has holes causing leaks during wet weather.
